Top Ten (month 3)

1. If you still haven't given into the motherhood thing yet, like me, it might just wear you out.

2. It often feels like I get nothing done and worry that my spouse will feel the same. Good thing my spouse isn't a neat freak.

3. Sometiems it feels like a thankless job where the only pay is grins and giggles, which arn't worth much when it comes to buying the groceries. But I do have to admit, it melts my heart. And he's starting to respond more too.

4. Did you know babies get sick? They do and you can't always tell where it hurts! I do think it hurts mommy more then it does baby though. I wish I was as happy as he seems when I'm sick.

5. I have mixed feelings about going back to work. On one hand I think it would be easier to be working, but on the other had I am going to miss him so much.

6. On that note, if you're planning to put your child in care and you want them on a schedule, start early!

7. Babies have no concept of "Delayed Gratification".

8. Put the baby to sleep before he gets fussy. It just makes everything much smoother.

9. As I've noted perviously, don't get used to the idea of the baby sleeping through the night. You never know when it's going to end.

10. STILL the hardest job I've ever had, but I haven't quit yet.
